Stilvi Wines, born in 2020, is the passion project of established Mornington Peninsula winemaker, Tim Elphick and his artistic daughter Kalypso. Tim’s grounded approach to winemaking sees him blending both modern and ancient winemaking techniques to produce distinctive, artisanal wines that ignite conversation.
